JD Sports wanted to scale its Gen Z engagement across Europe while keeping content authentic to each local market. The challenge: create authentic, locally resonant content that feels native to the viewers while scaling across five key markets.

We built a centralized production with native hosts, editors, and on-street shoots in Spain, Italy, France, Germany, and the Netherlands. By combining a central creative strategy with hyperlocal execution, Yami Studios became the first agency to run true multi-market “man on the street” production for JD.
